Dedicate altar flowers
If you want to dedicate altar flowers as a thanksgiving or memorial, fill in your name and the appropriate date on the Altar Flower signup sheet on the wall in the narthex. Below the signup sheet, you’ll find offering envelopes and forms for submitting your dedication. Completely fill out the form and seal it in the envelope along with your payment. Then, during the Offertory, place the envelope in the collection plate.
