Episcopal Church of the Redeemer, Kenmore

Bishop Greg Rickel will be the featured speaker at the Business of God event on Tuesday, October 16, 2007.   This luncheon program is sponsored by the Church Divinity School of the Pacific and Trinity Episcopal Church, Seattle.   His presentation is titled, “The Dilemma of Christianity: Leading Faith Communities in a Quick-Fix Society,” and will address these key questions: What is success for the church in today’s world?   What is the essence of the church, and how do we proclaim it?  The program begins at 11:45 at Washington Athletic Club, located at 1365  6^th  Avenue.  Cost is $38 per person; to register, contact Emily Marlor at 206-624-5337 before October 9.
