Choral Evensong for Eve of Christ the King

[ November 22, 2008; 7:30 pm to 8:30 pm. ] On Saturday, November 22 there will be a special choral evensong to celebrate the Eve of Christ the King, with music performed by the men of the Redeemer Choir. Refreshments will be served afterward.

Want to help make Advent wreaths?

Friends of the Memorial Gardens will be assembling Advent Wreaths on Saturday, November 29 in the undercroft.  We welcome help!  Coffee and goodies will be served.

No experience needed — Jane Sprague, our wreath advisor will be there. Starting time is 10:00 am.

Thanksgiving Baskets delivered to the Shelter

[ November 26, 2008; 11:30 am; ] Redeemer and Holy Apostles will again be providing Thanksgiving food baskets to the families at the Kenmore Family Shelter. The sign-up sheet with the necessary food items is located in the undercroft on the Outreach bulletin board.

All Souls’ Day events

[ November 1, 2008; ] On Saturday, November 1st Episcopal Church of the Redeemer will celebrate the feast of All Souls’ Day.

9 AM – Work Party
The day starts with a work party where we take care of the church: changing light bulbs, repairing anything that’s not working properly, cleaning and organizing, etc. Sign-up sheets are in the Undercroft.
