A concert on Sunday, April 2, 2017, at Church of the Redeemer in Kenmore, Washington, raised $639 for the Standing Rock Sioux Tribe — Dakota Access Pipeline Donation Fund. This fund is used for legal, sanitary, and emergency purposes.

This concert was organized by Sheila Bristow, Music Director at Church of the Redeemer. Also performing were the following:

  • Erica Row, soprano
  • Ellaina Lewis, soprano
  • Judson Scott, trumpet
  • Phoebe Rawn, flute
  • Maddy Scott, bassoon

All artists donated their time, so all contributions could go to the Standing Rock Sioux.

When asked why she organized this concert, Bristow said, “I don’t believe police should be militarized for the benefit of private corporations.”
