[ March 31, 2012; 9:00 am to 1:00 pm. ] Just a reminder that this is the Saturday when we get the church and grounds ready for Holy Week. The day starts at 9:00 am with coffee and donuts and ends at lunchtime when we celebrate many, many  jobs well done.

[ February 18, 2012; 9:30 am to 11:30 am. ] Friends of the Memorial Gardens has a garden work party scheduled for Saturday, February 18 at 9:30 am.

[ February 13, 2012; 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm. ] Friends of the Memorial Gardens have a meeting scheduled for  Monday, February 13 at 1:00 pm.

There is another garden work party scheduled for Saturday, February 18 at 9:30 am.

[ February 4, 2012; 9:00 am to 12:00 pm. ] Pitch in on Saturday, February 4, 2012 from 9:00 am – noon!

The winter work party will focus on the undercroft. We will clear out and organize the main storage area, prep the rooms next to the women’s restroom for an office and choir robing room and generally dust, clean and spruce up the undercroft.

[ December 18, 2011; 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm. ] Young people of all ages are invited to join us on Sunday December 18 at 1:00pm (or after the 10:30 coffee) to decorate the Undercroft, Narthex and outside stairs.
 

There will be music, food and merriment–and you won’t have to go to the gym that day since we’ll be pulling the decorations out of the attic [...]

Please come to the work party and help us prepare the building for painting.  We need people for the following tasks:

Remove and install doors
Sand, seal and paint doors
Clean and refinish hardware
Install window trim
