No daily services are scheduled for January 1st, 2009.

Our regular Tuesday night class “How Do I Pray?” will not be held this Tuesday, December 30th.
As usual we will  be having the bring-your-own dinner at 6:00 P.M. followed by Holy Eucharist at 7:00.

[ December 21, 2008; 12:00 pm to 1:30 pm. ] Whether the weather helps or not, Christmas will be here VERY soon and we need help dressing the Church for the celebration.

So this Sunday, December 21, bring some Christmas cookies to share (and to donate to the Shelter) and stay after the 10:30 a.m. service to help put up the Christmas decorations and trim the [...]

Fr. John Fergueson and SmiteFest organizer Wade Rockett are scheduled to appear on KOMO News radio at 8:45 a.m. on Saturday, December 13 to talk about God and gaming.
If a major storm hits the area, they will not be on because the morning’s radio coverage will be devoted to the weather.

[ December 12, 2008; ] Fr. John will be out of town on Friday the 12th, so there will be no services that day.

This will give you a chance to catch your breath between the artists’ reception on the 11th and the Kenmore Shelter Christmas shopping trip and SmiteFest on the 13th.

[ November 27, 2008; 10:00 am to 11:00 am. ] Feel like you need an extra dose of grace to get through Thanksgiving Day? Come celebrate Holy Eucharist in the Nave at 10:00 AM on Thursday, November 27.

[ November 17, 2008 to November 21, 2008. ] Fr. John will be away on a spiritual retreat from November 17th through the 21st. No services will be held at Redeemer during that time, though as always you are encouraged to pray the Daily Office wherever you may be. (You may enjoy the podcast Pray As You Go.)

[ November 5, 2008 to November 8, 2008. ] Wednesday night Evening Prayer has been cancelled, and there will be no services held on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday this week. Fr. John will be participating in the Bishop’s Advisory Committee on Ordained Ministry.

[ October 26, 2008; 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm. ] As part of the Outreach Discovery Extravaganza, we will be watching and discussing An Inconvenient Truth, the documentary about global warming and its effect on our environment. Sunday, Oct. 26 at 7:00 PM

[ October 23, 2008 to October 24, 2008. ] Fr. John will be away at a conference, so there will be no services this Thursday and Friday. Our normal schedule will resume on Saturday.

As always, you are encouraged to pray the Daily Office even when services are not being held in the church.
