Read full post...In preparation for the visit of Bishop Rickel, the Redeemer Choir will rehearse on the following dates:
Tuesday, August 4th at 7:30 PM
Tuesday, August 10th at 7:30 PM
Saturday, August 15th from 1:00 – 2:30 PM
Singing with the Choir during this time is a wonderful opportunity to participate more fully in the liturgies and community life of Redeemer. All adults and teens with an interest in singing are welcome. For more information, please contact Sheila Bristow at music@redeemer-kenmore.org.
Choir schedule for Lent and Holy Week
[ February 11, 2009; 6:30 pm to 7:30 pm. ] The Redeemer Choir is singing Evensong at St. Mark’s Cathedral this Wednesday, February 11, at 6:30 p.m. in the Nave. Music by Pitoni and Ralph Vaughan Williams. All are invited.

This meditative service of readings and music provides a time of reflection and renewal during the season of Advent. Solo and choral music provided by the Church of the Redeemer Choir, mezzo soprano Melissa Plagemann, and violinist Stephen Cresswell.
At 7:30 PM on Pentecost Eve, Saturday May 26 we will have a choral Evensong service and Exposition of the Blessed Sacrament.
The music for the evening will feature baritone Glen Guhr performing the Taize piece “Veni Sancte Spiritus”.
