Episcopal Church of the Redeemer, Kenmore

[ February 20, 2010; 10:00 am to 12:00 pm. ] The Arts Committee will be installing the Lenten artwork in the Nave on Saturday morning at 10:00. Creative types are welcome to come wrangle chicken wire into place, cut paper into snippets, and other fun activities!

[ October 31, 2009; 9:00 am to 12:00 pm. ] A Redeemer work party has been scheduled for Saturday, October 31st. We’ll be cleaning gutters, taking care of roof debris, and filling in those awful driveway ruts. Please join us!

[ August 15, 2009; 9:00 am to 11:00 am. ] A Redeemer work party is scheduled for August 15th beginning at 9:00 AM to prepare the church for the visitation of our bishop, the Rt. Rev. Gregory H. Rickel. Sign-up sheets are posted in the Undercroft.

[ July 13, 2009; 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm. ] Friends of the Memorial Gardens will be meeting on Monday, July 13
at 1:00 pm in the Undercroft. There is also a work party scheduled for
Saturday, July 18 at 9:30 am.

There are over 50 volunteer activities posted in the Undercroft to help you make Holy Week your own. Some activities are just for the DOING, some have a rehearsal to prepare you TO DO. We hope the “color coordination” helps you find what is best for you.

[ March 9, 2009; 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm. ] Friends of the Memorial Gardens will be meeting this Monday, March 9 at
1:00 pm. There is a work party scheduled for Saturday, March 14 at 9:30 am.
As usual, anyone interested in the Memorial Gardens is encouraged to
participate in one or both events.

[ January 31, 2009; 9:00 am to 12:00 pm. ] It’s time once again to roll up our sleeves and hammer some nails, vacuum some carpets, and change some lightbulbs in the church! Join the work party beginning at 9:00 a.m. on Saturday, January 31st and help keep everything shipshape at Redeemer.

(Actually, we’re still keeping things church-shaped. But you know what we mean.)

[ November 1, 2008; ] On Saturday, November 1st Episcopal Church of the Redeemer will celebrate the feast of All Souls’ Day.

9 AM – Work Party
The day starts with a work party where we take care of the church: changing light bulbs, repairing anything that’s not working properly, cleaning and organizing, etc. Sign-up sheets are in the Undercroft.
