Adult Christian Formation for Epiphany 2024
Sun, January 28 at 9:30 am to 10:15 am PST
Adult Christian Formation is on Sundays beginning at 9:30 am in the baptistry. This is just inside the doors of the room where we worship on the main floor. The cost is free. Anyone may attend, including people that aren’t members of this or any other church.

After the information session on January 14, please prepare for the following classes. Read the Gospel according to Mark sometime during before the next class. See what you notice by reading the Gospel, in one sitting if possible. It should take less than an hour and a half. You may stop at 16:8, Mark’s original ending.
Try to read only what’s there. Do not fill in with what you know from other Gospels.
January 28 and February 4 will be a discussion session based on a reading of this Gospel.
If you aren’t able to read the Gospel, come anyway! You’ll still glean information from the discussion.

Church of the Redeemer is at 6210 Northeast 181st Street in Kenmore, Washington. The campus is a short distance north of Bothell Way, near the Burke-Gilman Trail. The entrance looks like a gravel driveway. The campus is larger on the inside than it is on the outside. And we managed to hide a large building on the side of a hill that is not easily seen from the street.
