Although the kids don’t want to believe it, the school year is rapidly approaching. Using donations from people like you, Episcopal Church of the Redeemer will provide filled backpacks to the 16 students who live at Hopelink Kenmore Place. This helps them start the school year well.
Please select one or more items below to pledge your donation. After signing up to donate one or more items here, purchase them on your own and deliver them to Church of the Redeemer by August 18, 2024.
Please do not have any donations delivered through an on-line store to Redeemer. There are times during the day no one is in the church office to receive them.
You may also donate money for this and other outreach at Hopelink Kenmore Place.
- To donate by check, say on the memo line that it is for Hopelink–Kenmore Programs. Send the check to our post office box or give it on Sunday morning.
- To donate online, select Giving from the menu on our website to open the Giving page, select the Giving button on that page, and then select Hopelink–Kenmore Programs on the new donation window. Or, more conveniently, select this button.
We need your help to assist those living with housing insecurity.
- Remember that your donations need to be delivered to the box in the entry hall (narthex) at Church of the Redeemer by Sunday, August 18, 2023.
- Everyone will load the backpacks after the 10:30 service on August 25, 2024, for students at Kenmore Place.
Thank you.

Church of the Redeemer
Welcome to Church of the Redeemer: Worshiping God, living in community, and reaching out to the world. We are an Episcopal Church serving north King County and south Snohomish County, Washington. As you travel your road, go with friends walking the way of Jesus at Redeemer.
Church of the Redeemer is at 6210 Northeast 181st Street in Kenmore, Washington. We are a short distance north of Bothell Way, near the Burke-Gilman Trail. The entrance looks like a gravel driveway. The campus is larger on the inside than it is on the outside. And we managed to hide a large building on the side of a hill that is not easily seen from the street.
The Episcopal Church welcomes you.
