    Community Dinner, November 4, 2023

    The people at Church of the Redeemer host our next community dinner on Saturday, November 4, 2023, from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm. We want neighbors to meet gathered around a meal. If you are reading this, you are invited. The meal is free.

    The dinner is in the parish hall, on the ground floor of the main church building at Redeemer, 6220 Northeast 181st Street in Kenmore, Washington.

    • Vegetarian dish
    • Salad
    • Bread

    Help with the dinner

    To help make this community dinner a success, we need volunteers for meal preparation and set-up. Sign up at November Community Dinner. We need people to do the following:

    • Set up (2 people)
    • Bring pasta (2 people)
    • Bring vegetarian dish (1 person)
    • Bring salad (2 people)
    • Bring bread (2 people)
    • Bring drinks (2 people)
    • Clean up afterwards (3 people)

    Those involved with set-up need to arrive by 3:00 pm, unless you need to arrive earlier to cook at the church. Those cleaning up need finish and be out of the kitchen by 7:00 pm (before the 12-step meeting later that evening).

    Whether you are volunteering or not, we look forward to seeing you at our community dinner!

    Church of the Redeemer is at 6220 Northeast 181st Street in Kenmore, Washington. The campus is a short distance north of Bothell Way, near the Burke-Gilman Trail. The entrance looks like a gravel driveway. The campus is larger on the inside than it is on the outside. And we managed to hide a large building on the side of a hill that is not easily seen from the street.

    Community Meal, July 1, 3-5 pm

    The people of Church of the Redeemer, 6220 Northeast 181st Street in Kenmore, Washington, host their first free community meal on Saturday, July 1, 2023, from 3:00 to 5:00 pm. This is an opportunity for the people of Redeemer to be in community with our neighbors gathering around a meal. 

    If you are reading this, you are invited.

    To make our community meal a success, we urgently need you to volunteer for meal preparation and set-up. If you are interested in helping with our first all community meal, please contact Anne Walton at srwarden@redeemer-kenmore.org.

Participants in the pageant on Sunday, January 4, 2025, should be present by 9:30 am. 

2nd Sunday in Lent (Year A), March 1, 2026. Services at 8:00 am (no music) and 10:30 (music). Christian education for children and adults at 9:15 am.
